Dovetail fit is far too tight. Required DREMEL cutting of the base and more force than should have been necessary to get the base into the slide.

Got this mount for my Witness P full size. Install was easy by following the instruction to go from left to right on the dovetail. Rear sight removal was the opposite, of course. Mounted a Fastfire III and everything works perfectly! Gonna get one for my wife's Witness Pavona next because she's jealous lol!

Worked well on my Glock 17 with a Vortex Venom. Installation takes a bit of force; I highly suggest using either a press or a high-quality sight pusher as this mount is an interference fit and would be a pain to do with a hammer without marring the slide or plate. I suggest tossing the part in the freezer for a bit before install to make it a little easier to get into the slide.

To tight to fit into slide sight dovetail (not a bad thing...loose is bad). Take your time to make sure there are no burrs in the dove tail.Small files are ideal. Removing some finish on the mount is all that's required to fit it.(Install as far as you can without force and see where its rubbing remove finish there!)(Use something soft to tap in !!I used a hard wood dowel) EGW makes nice products.

I had to break out the dovetail file to get this to fit my Novak dovetail, but after a few strokes, and some leverage on my sight pusher, it went in. Nice and tight. It isn't going anywhere. My Vector Sphinx pooped right on. Now I just have to get to The rang and see if the Sphinx can handle full power 45ACP recoil.
