This trigger guard offers valuable glove clearance for those who shoot in colder weather, and it also boasts a more refined appearance compared to the standard flat, unfinished-looking part. As expected from Magpul, the quality is top-notch. It's an easy-to-install, hassle-free upgrade that I highly recommend.

You can't go wrong with this trigger guard! The installation was smooth and problem-free. I chose aluminum for its sturdier construction. If you're considering it, just go for it! You won't be disappointed. Just remember to apply a little oil to your pins, and they'll slide in without any issues.

I've used numerous poly Magpul and BCM enhanced trigger guards, all of which are decent. However, I decided to try something new and purchased the aluminum Magpul trigger guard. It feels more robust, as the poly versions had a slight flex to them, although it wasn't a major issue. If I ever need another trigger guard, I'll definitely go for the Magpul Enhanced trigger guard again.

I opted for this trigger guard for two main reasons: 1. it lacks the Magpul logo that the Polymer version has, and 2. I generally prefer metal over plastic. Installation can be a bit challenging (pro tip: apply CLP or grease on the pin and use the smallest Allen wrench available). I also had to add some blue Loctite to the screw, as it appeared Magpul didn't include it. Overall, it looks great, my finger is comfortable, and it's definitely among the top upgrades to consider, along with an improved pistol grip.

The trigger guard boasts excellent quality and fit, but be cautious when pushing or hammering in the roll pin, as it may mar the finish. To simplify the process, you could consider using vise grips to crimp one end down. A small Allen wrench is required for the front screw; avoid using a hex key bit on a screwdriver, as it may contact the lower's side.

I successfully installed this trigger guard on my Sig 716 Patrol Rifle. Although I was initially unsure about compatibility with an AR-10, it fit without any issues. The installation process was simple, requiring just a roll pin punch set and a rubber mallet. Overall, it was an easy and valuable upgrade!

I replaced a low-quality, straight metal trigger guard with this one, and the difference is evident. Not only does it have a more appealing appearance, but it also fits perfectly without any wobbling. Although I don't anticipate using gloves while shooting with this rifle, the front set screw can be loosened to swing it open if needed. I genuinely believe it's an essential item for any gun enthusiast. My finger now fits into the trigger guard with ease, giving me greater control.
