Magpul AR-15 Trigger Guard, Polymer
Magpul Original Equipment (MOE Trigger Guard) is a polymer drop in replacement which is improved, to substitute the platform for AR15/M4 weapons. It has a low ‘V’ form for enhanced utilization of gloves in cold climate or tactical shooting situations.
MOE Trigger Guard does not fold and consists of circular edges; it packs the irritating ‘space’ at the back of the regular trigger guard. In addition, it operates effectively with majority of platforms for 7.62 x 51 AR; however, some tailored fitting might be needed.
It is inclusive of all mounting hardware!

Best ar-15 trigger guard upgrade

Fantastic trigger guard upgrade!!! Gives a lot more clearance for gloves, no need to fiddle with trying to drop the old style Guards to use heavy gloves, and even fills in the gap behind the old guards.No need to buy those gap plugs. Even tho its polymer, its very sturdy and solid. Mine was easy to install but did not include a wrench for the set screw.

GREAT AR accessory for you platform! VERY well made! When installing, be sure to install the Allen screw first, then install the roll pin. If you put the screw in last, there is a chance the holes do not align, and the threads in the guard could be stripped. Be sure to support the lower(where the roll pin goes thru)while removing or installing the roll pin.

I thought it was a great cheap trigger guard. Looked thick and hot on my receiver. At least until I noticed that it protruded a QUARTER INCH INTO THE MAGAZINE WELL. I had to file away almost that much to get my plastic Magpul magazine to go in and drop free without interference. I had to touch up the back of my mag well because of exposed metal at the lip that was visible from 2 hours of filing while frustrated/pissed off. Don't waste your time with this product or with trigger guards that have extra material forward of the pin hole.
