This Magpul fixed stock is easy to install, very stable, and with a limb saver, recoil pad to lengthen, it fits me perfect. I would suggest it to anyone who doesn't like the original AR stock!

Ordered this because I "grew up" on fixed stocks. Hell in essential back in 1987 we didn't know anything about collapsible stocks. This one works — no wiggle which I didn't like with my adjustable. Now the "ISSUE" is the length of pull. I installed this, and the voice of my DI said, "Get your nose up on that charging handle." was clear as a bell. And it isn't hard to do. Shouldered the rifle and banged my nose was on the charging handle. If you are aware of this, then this is not a huge issue. It is a solidly built stock and lightweight. I ordered the extended pad and will see how that helps. As I am not using it for the competition, the LOP isn't a massive issue for me. Hope it helps if your on the fence about this stock. Oh and install. A snap. It took only a few minutes to get old stock off and this one on.

This stock is totally solid (no wobble like a 6 position) and is very well made. The length of pull is close to perfect for me (5’11”) but I’m going to put the 0.8” PRS buttpad on for a little more length. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with the QD sling mount cup. You have to order that separate from Magpul for $15. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.
