The 3,500 lumen Streamlight ProTac HL 5-X is available two ways: The ProTac HL 5-X USB is a complete rechargeable system that includes two of our new 18650 USB batteries with an integrated USB charge port. The ProTac HL 5-X includes two CR123A lithium batteries. Both feature MULTI-FUEL innovation that allows them to accept Streamlight’s 18650 USB battery or CR123A lithium batteries, ensuring you’ll always have a beam when you need it.

- Features TEN-TAP® Programming which allows the choice of three operating modes:

- High (CR123A): 2,500 lumens; 385m beam; runs 1.5 hours; 37,000 candela
- Medium: 1,000 lumens; 237m beam; runs 2.5 hours (CR123A); runs 3 hours (18650 USB); 14,100 candela
- Low: 250 lumens; 120m beam; runs 10.5 hours (CR123A); runs 11.5 hours (18650 USB); 3,620 candela
- Strobe for signaling or disorienting: runs 1.5 hours (CR123A); runs 1.25 hours (18650 USB)
- Engineered optic produces a concentrated beam with optimum peripheral illumination
- Durable, anodized aluminum construction
- IPX7 waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes; 1 meter impact resistance tested
- Anti-roll head prevents the light from rolling away when placed on a flat surface

The Streamlight 88074 protac 5-x best flashlight ever. Arrived just in time for hurricane dorian.lost power for a couple of days. The battery life with (18650 usb) rechargeable batteries is really good. The ten tap technology allows for different power settings.honestly the low 260 lumens is plenty of light. Never needed to crank up the power.this is great.I highly recommend this flashlight.

The Streamlight protac hl 5-x thing is fantastic, I've never seen anything like it. It is so bright that its unbelievable, and the battery holds a charge much longer than I thought it would. All in all, I'm delighted with it.

The Protac hl 5-x is the brightest flashlight I’ve ever owned. I wasn’t prepared for the intensity of the beam it throws. It puts my older Maglite to shame! You can’t get more lumens at that price from any other light I’ve found.

The Streamlight hl 5-x flashlight is super-bright at 3500 lumens. Battery life is short, but that is to be expected with such a bright light. I use 2x 3600 mah Orbtronic 18650 rechargeable batteries. The batteries are made in Japan, as well as the protection circuits. The batteries are cheaper at orbtronic.con than they are on Amazon.

This is my second Streamlight protac hl5-x. My first has the tail switch, where this one is side switch. I prefer this one over the other. Both are used on duty.
