The MOE SL Enhanced Rubber ButtPad, .70" serves as a direct substitute for butt-pads on the MOE SL, MOE® SL-S™, UBR® GEN2, MOE® AK, Zhukov-S®, and X-22 Backpacker stocks.
With a similar ribbed texture as the original MOE SL butt-pad, this enhanced version offers more comfort due to its thicker, vented structure. It extends the length of pull by about 3/8" and adds minimal weight to the stock, less than 1 oz.

I got this new pad for my MOE SL gun because I wanted it to feel softer when I shoot my AK gun. I thought the lines on it would make it comfy. But, it's really hard, almost like a dog toy. It's made well and was easy to put on. It makes the gun a bit longer, which is good for the AK. But if you want something to make the gun kick back less, this might not be it. There's another pad that's softer. If you have an AR gun, you'll like this pad. For the AK, just know it's not super soft. It's good for making the gun longer but not for less kickback.

I added the .70 pad to my UBR gen2 gun. It feels really comfortable when I put it against my shoulder for a long time. I also added some other parts to my gun. Now, when I shoot, it doesn't kick back as much as my other big guns.

Added this to my Ruger 10/22 Takedown, Magpul Backpacker stock. I wish it was about 1/2 to 3/4 " longer (hence only four stars), but even the little bit of extra length this part added help. The original pad would force me to shoulder the rifle with my cheek too far forward, and due to the cant of the stock, I would see above the sights when achieving a proper cheek weld. I now only have to 'scrunch up' a little bit in order to properly shoulder the rifle.

Fits perfectly. I was hoping it would be softer. I drilled holes in the webbing to soften it to my liking.

I purchased this product to give me the extended length of pull on my carbine. It did exactly what I wanted without having to purchase a more expensive buffer tube. It also keeps the stock planted firmly against the shoulder, moving and shooting. Easy to install.
