Within 2 weeks of purchasing this product, I dropped them and broke the eye cup: clearly user abuse, no defect whatsoever. I called vortex, within 5 minutes, I had a shipping label to return them for repairs. FREE OF CHARGE! That’s customer service!

The binoculars are just what I would expect for Vortex. I have other Vortex binoculars and other products. I was disappointed in a pair of the smaller binoculars as they lost one of the eye cups after the second season. I have not hunted with these yet. The only complaint I have with this package is the size of the case. To small for this size binocular, its a very tight fit and the closure band is pulled to max and then some just to get it closed! I don't believe it will last long being pulled that tight. I will be using a different case with the harness, can't risk it breaking on a back country hunt! I would not recommend this package just for that reason. Buy the items separated so your sure to get what you need.

I love these Vortex Binoculars. They are perfect for up close in the whitetail woods or powerful enough to scan across broad open CRP fields.
