Magpul Paraclip
This is a sling attachment point that uses a clip-style design to attach to 1-1/4" webbing, providing quick-release capabilities for emergency situations. It features a Cross-Bolt Lock Bar that can be optionally used to secure the lever in a closed position for extra safety.
This attachment point is compatible with various sling mounts, such as the ASAP®, RSA®, M-LOK® Paraclip™ Sling Mount, shotgun Forward Sling Mounts, and SGA® Receiver Sling Mounts, as well as other clip-in sling attachment points*. It can be combined with the MS1® Sling to create a dedicated two-point sling, or with the MS1® MS3® Adapter or MS1® MS3® QD Adapter to convert it into a two to one-point convertible sling.
Despite its lightweight construction, this attachment point is durable, thanks to its hardened Melonite finished steel and heavy-duty polymer. It is made in the USA.

- REAR - Works with the Magpul ASAP® for optimal shoulder transitioning in one-point mode as well as the SGA™ Receiver Sling Mount. Also compatible with many snap-hook style sling loops* and standard or QD sling swivels
* Snap-hook style sling loops with an inner diameter of at least 3/8" are required, but 9/16" and larger will provide full range of motion.

I had to switch from using QD attachments because they've unlatched on me in the past, nearly causing my bow or rifle to fall. I decided to switch to these loop attachments and they have not disappointed me. The single-toothed jaw is deep and grips tightly, while the lock stays securely in place until you release it. I absolutely love them.

For its cost, this para clip is quite impressive. I've paired it with a Magpul MS1 sling and found the clip to be well-crafted and effortless to attach and detach. It's considerably quieter when in motion compared to my old all-metal Russian AK sling. Additionally, the clip includes a handy locking feature, providing peace of mind that it won't accidentally come off. If you're wondering whether it will work on your rifle, I recommend getting it - you won't regret it.

Don't hesitate to buy the Paraclip as it surpasses traditional hardware in several ways. It is lightweight, easy to handle with just one hand, and not only does it work flawlessly and quietly with the Magpul QD ring, but it also audibly clicks when locked. I'm impressed enough to purchase more.

Use to customize MS1, MS3, etc., style Magpul slings. The clip is strong and looks just slightly over-engineered as far as robustness. Perhaps a little bulky to some users. The locking feature is smooth and efficient. I will buy it again.

A quick, secure connection to mount a sling to an AR. The locking mechanism prevents accidental quick connects. I used this with a Magpul RSA Rail Sling Attachment to mount my Viking Tactical Sling to the foreend of my AR for a low profile mount without swivels. I bought two of these, but I could not use them on the stock of my Magpul PRS stock.

I believe these are a reliable product. They are an excellent quick release; the slide lock keeps these from accidentally being disconnected. I've bought several of these paraclips and am very happy with them.

These clips are very tough; they are quick and simple to attach/detach and have a reliable locking point. They work with the standard AR/A2 fixed sight swivel base, and of course, with the Magpul attachment accessories.

Shocked these aren't utilized more. A True Magpul part - very strong/hard plastic. Good QD capability. Building a rifle to use a VCAS padded sling and needed to be able to remove the sling when bench shooting. Works well with a CQD front mount. The only problem is it's a little noisy on the CQD mount; not sure how that could have been improved though. Highly suggested and a significant enhancement over the HK hook design.
