I prefer the cantilever mount over the 2 piece rings and the vortex pro extended 34mm seems to be of top quality.

This ar scope mount is excellent, although very high priced. Would like to see it lower ! the mounting is simple and solid once the unit is torqued to spec on the picatiny rail . it hold the scope very well, and is easy to align the scope in it with the appropriate mounting equipment, much easier than any mount I have used in the past!

Purchased this scope mount for my Ruger precision rimfire. I wanted my mount to be made from the same manufacturer as my Vortex Crossfire 6-18. So, I ordered this Vortex mount. As expected, this mount is very similar to the Leupold Mark 2 mount. It mounted easily and was required to create enough scope height with the rimfire precision. Traditional scope rings were too low. Looking forward to going to the shooting range!

I bought this ar15 scope mount in conjunction with a Vortex Viper 6.5-20 PA scope for my AR15 and have only shot it a few times. I was impressed with solid build of the mount and purchased it because of it being US made. The mount was perfect for this scope, I needed around 3" of eye relief and I had plenty of room for adjustment.

Got my vortex cantilever mount 34mm mount yesterday. I had to buy a picatinny rail because the Cantilever would not fit a weaver rail on my Ruger 10/22. So beware of this when buying a Ruger 10/22. Other than that problem. the rings fit tight I used a little blue loctight on the screws to make it even tighter. Good service and price. Thank you Optics.

I recently purchased a 6.5mm CM rifle built on an AR platform. It's an AR10 in 6.5mm CM. I plan on shooting long-range, precision shooting for fun with this rifle. I knew that I was getting a Vortex Viper PST 6-24 x 50, FFP, EBR-2C reticle; the one item that I debated quite a bit on was the mount. I debated using precision-matched rings or a single piece, cantilever mount. I always prefer a single piece when & where possible, so now it came down to a few choices. I ultimately purchased the Vortex Viper Extended Cantilever Mount and am not disappointed. The offset allowed me to place the scope in the proper position for the best eye relief while maintaining a solid grasp of the top rail. The CM round has moderate recoil, and this mount has been rock solid from the first round. It was super simple to install, and surprisingly it maintained about 0.25MOA after removing the mount & scope together, then reinstalling onto the same rail position. I had to polish the feed ramp and adjust the gas block on the rifle, removing the optic setup had nothing to do with the optic/mount at all. Vortex doesn't claim zero retention, and I didn't expect it at all but was pleasantly surprised that my elevation needed only down two and left 1 to recenter @ 100yds. This mount did all that I expected from it, plus more in retaining zero after removal / reinstalling it. Like all other Vortex products I own, this is very reasonably priced, the performance is top notch, and the customer service at Vortex really is world-class.

The vortex 34mm scope mount is very solid. Angled mount allows you to position your 1-6x type optic perfectly. Mount is well built and fairly light for its large size. I used this for my vortex strikefire and the mount and scope have both held zero through almost a year riding in my trunk as a truck gun. No complaints, and you cannot beat vortex’s warranty if anything goes wrong.

Got two of these vortex cvp-34 scope mounts, one for my Steiner T5Xi and one for Burris 25x scope, both with 34mm tubes. This mount works great on both, one mounted on my Remington700 Long Range in 300 Win Mag, the other on a long range AR15 w 24" barrel. I've never wanted to change the mounts after months of shooting both guns.

Easy to install. It’s like plug n play. Very high quality material. And of course, it fit perfect in my Vortex Strikefire 5.5x25-56. I highly recommend this vortex pro extended cantilever mount 34 mm to anyone who wants to shoot up to 1,000 yards.

This AR-15 Scope Mount is very easy to install. It is light weight and seems to withstand the beating of an AR15 that I mounted it on. It looks great along side the vortex scope alwell. Make sure you torque the mount nut or use a tiny bit of thread locker to make sure the scope doesn't stray from zero.

This scope mount was perfect. I looked and decided that I should get a little more expensive one. It fits on my Diamondback ar15 perfect. No issues at all. The checking-out process was straightforward and painless. Great product
