Streamlight TLR-1s LED Rail Mounted Flashlight (Strob)
Lightweight, compact, lithium battery powered Gun-Mounted Tactical Light featuring the latest in shock-proof power LED technology and providing at least 2.5 hours of continuous run time. Rail clamp designed to rapidly attach/detach from side of weapon. Tethered battery door and latch mechanism prevents battery door loss while providing easy battery replacement. When enabled, strobe activated on two or more momentary paddle hits (TLR-1®s only).
Features of the Streamlight TLR-1s
- Powered by two 3-volt CR123A lithium batteries with 10-year storage life
- C4® LED technology, impervious to shock with a 50,000 hour lifetime
- LED Rating: Up to 12,000 candela peak beam intensity and up to 300 lumens measured system output. Deep-dish parabolic reflector produces a concentrated beam with optimum peripheral illumination
- Run Time: 2.5 hours regulated run time. Solid-state current regulation for consistent illumination level.
- Rail grip clamp system securely attaches/detaches quickly and safely with no tools and without putting your hands in front of muzzle
- Mounts directly to handguns with Glock-style rails and to all MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny) rails.
- Includes keys for Glock-style, Picatinny, Beretta 90two, S&W 99 and S&W TSW
- Machined aluminum sealed construction with black anodized finish
- Ambidextrous momentary/steady on-off switch, Double tap of momentary paddle within 0.4 seconds activates strobe. (TLR-1s® only)
- Highly accurate sight repeatability when remounting

- IPX7 rated design; waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes

I'm impressed. Others have had difficulty with certain aspects of this light, but if you're at all mechanically inclined and pay attention, you can get the batteries in no problem..I could also see myself operating the strobe feature in a stressful situation with no problem..I haven't shot my pistol yet, but this light seems to be built like a rock...I'm impressed...American made too..I'm thinking about getting another.

This product is well made. Bought one for carbine and pistol. Top-mounted on carbine the switch is very easy to manipulate with the thumb. On a pistol it is also easily manipulated with the thumb in a straight thumb grip. It comes with extra inserts so it can be fitted to different rail types. The battery compartment fits tight, so no worry of debris or water getting in.

I currently have this light mounted on my Gen 3 Glock 19. I love the ability to use it with constant on or using my finger to keep it on. The strobe feature is great. Solid well built light .

This is the second TLR-1S I have bought. The light floods a room perfectly and is plenty bright. The stobe is easy to access. No problems or complaints from me. Great price too.

What I like about this light is the very bright center spot (hot spot) shows where the shot is going to hit if fired; also has good area light around that hot spot. The center spot will also blind. I have it on my home defense 12ga

I bought this for my new M&P .40, and it fits perfectly. I took it to the range and ran 100 rounds through my gun. It did not move at all. Very bright, easy to use and install. Very well-made product. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this tlr 1s so much; it fits on secure and has a way to lock it on. As soon as I opened the box i could tell this light is made with high quality metal and uses a LED light ( which is a major + in the long term ). I use this light on all of my pistols and my long guns. Was worth every penny!

I noticed one reviewer having trouble with the strobe feature, thinking he had to hold it in the momentary position to keep the strobe going. While this does work, you can also hit the momentary briefly, then quickly move the switch to the continuous place which will activate the strobe feature and keep it going hands-free. Hope this helps.
