Customer Ratings & Reviews
Found my streamlight tlr 8 for sale at mountsplus
Easy to use and fits perfectly on my M&P 2.0, very happy with this product. Switches on both sides make it easy to use when using the laser or light for left or right-handed people.
Great light. The Streamlight tlr-8 is bright and easy to use. Works great.
The tlr-8 is an awesome light, super-bright. I have no issues or complaints about this light, at all. It’s a great light. Getting laser to zero was too easy. Activation is simple, as is changing modes. You won’t regret it. I needed an adapter to mount it to my HK USP Compact.
The Streamlight 69410 tlr-8 is a great weapon flashlight
I didn't want to spend this much money, but I'm glad I did. I mounted the Streamlight tlr 8 on a P320, and it was quick and easy to set up. I was looking at less expensive options, but I splurged, and I'm glad I did. The flashlight is amazingly bright. Easy to program for the standard turn on mode. Lightweight to the point, I don't realize it's there. The red laser is very bright as well and is not overpowered by the flashlight. Very very happy with my purchase. High quality with a higher price tag than I wanted, but I would pick the same one again if I were buying today!
The tlr-8 gun light is a Home defense must-have.
My Streamlight tlr-8 was purchased for my bedside gun. The light is perfect for lighting large areas around my house if I hear a bump (or growl, or howl) in the woods around my property. The laser is visible over 100 yards away, and sharp. I like that you can select to use the flashlight and laser together, or use just the light, or only the laser. It is compact, lightweight, and BRIGHT. Perfect for home defense applications, and if you open carry at night. For a CCW, it might be a little too large, especially since holsters have not caught up with application combinations (gun/light)
Streamlight tlr-8 gun light with laser is Excellent on TOP RAIL Home Defense SHOTGUN!!
Most all light/lasers are sold towards handguns, but I thought... why not on top of a Mossberg??!! Well, they work fantastic! I put an NcStar see-through Picatinny on top of a Mossberg 500 and a 590. Each HD Mossberg has the 18.5" barrel. You can still see the brass bead or whatever front sight you have, shouldering the shotty, and look down the groove on the rail, under the Streamlight and boom... you see the sight. The Streamlight tlr-8 (and TLR2HL laser) work terrific on top of my HD shotguns. At first, I aligned the Streamlight laser with the gun using a laser boresight at home defense distance... 10 to 20 feet. Double checked it at the range to the pattern on paper, and it is close enough to call it... accurate! TLR8 500 lumen is bright enough for home defense inside or out... I can see the red laser in the daylight or dark with light and laser. Works this well on my Mossbergs, I know the Streamlight would be fantastic on a handgun. Pricey, but fortunately, I can grind out some OT at the job to pay the higher cost, but usually buy cheap, buy twice...
Streamlight tlr 8 is a great Light and Laser combo!
Streamlight tlr 8 is a great Light and Laser combo!. All powered by a CR123 battery. Will switch it to a rechargeable CR123 battery instead once the original battery includes gets drained. Have no problem pressing the button to turn on light or laser. Adjusting the laser was a breeze. The light is bright enough to see in the dark around rooms. Must say only slight drawback is that it’s more of a yellowish daylight light. Not the whiter bluer color light your starting to see in more LED lights. I will repurchase it if they come out with a green laser.
Currently on my Ruger Mark 4 Tactical .22LR
Streamlight tlr-8 gun light with laser
I am more than pleased with this light/laser. I purchased the red laser model and find it very easy to see in low light. The red laser is not very visible in daylight, but I don't think the laser is necessary then anyway. The light is very, very bright. It works very well inside and will illuminate a very large area outside. I am more than pleased and would highly recommend the tlr-8 streamlight.
Awesome service and response to questions.
Exactly the size I needed for my G19 plus it fits like it was intended to be there. I read the last review, and I purchased two Allen wrenches for adjusting the laser sight. As far as the product goes, I couldn't be happier since the light is as bright as hell and also the laser. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if lights/laser sights are your thing. They're not for everybody, one of my closest childhoods buddies is an SF soldier, and he says out of UV night vision he is not in favor of lasers on defense weapons, he also doesn't like the concept of giving up one's position. That is a fantastic point.
Streamlight designs its flashlight in such a way that it is customized to a particular profession or purpose. Hunters love the Streamlight Stinger Flashlight series in a compact package for their super-bright results, yet are also rechargeable and almost indestructible. Law enforcement and the shooting community love the Streamlight TLR Series bright light, toughness, and long-lasting quality. Based on the success of the Streamlight TLR-1 light, they have made several newer versions like the Streamlight TLR-2 weapon light with Laser. Now, Streamlight has produced the TLR-3, TLR-4, TLR-6, TLR-7 and TLR-8 tactical flashlights. The Streamlight stylus pro has been designed for those who need a bright LED light in difficulty reaching nooks and crannies, such as the engine interiors that mechanics need to see or the different angles of a crime scene that forensic specialists need to inspect. Whatever the specifications, Streamlight aims to provide you with the best lighting solution possible. The bottom line is this - if you want a flashlight that is there for you every shift, holds a charge all night and puts out plenty of light in police or tactical situations, you can't go wrong with a Streamlight brand light.
