Nightforce Remington 700 Short Action 20 MOA 30mm Direct Mount
The Nightforce Direct MountTM one-piece system, built to mount directly to Remington 700 short action rifles, ensures true alignment and maximum strength for precision shooting.
The base and integral rings are CNC machined to precise tolerances from 7075-T6 hard anodized aluminum, providing exceptional strength while reducing weight.
The Direct Mount's 20 MOW taper maximizes internal riflescope adjustment and long-range capability. It incorporates an integral recoil lug which prevents and movement of the base or stress on the screws while subjected to harsh recoil.
The Nightforce Direct MountTM eliminates most common mounting problems and simplifies the entire process. With fewer moving parts, it is more reliable and up to 45% lighter in weight than traditional mounting systems.

Nightforce 20 moa scope mount

This is an excellent Remington 700 direct mount! I've found that other brands are also well made, but I prefer this one because of the offset forward. It allows you to move the scope more forward for the eye relief that you may need. I have 2 of these now; the first one has been installed for a couple of years without any issues.

Not the cheapest mounting option, but its quality is just as good as everything else Nightforce makes, fantastic. The medium fits my NXS5.5-22x56 perfectly on a Remington 700 SPS Varmint.
