The texture on this grip and its overall shape in terms of where it places your trigger finger is great. The problem with it is the same as all grips with finger groves; sometimes they work for you, sometimes they don't. In my case, I feel like the grip was probably designed for someone with much larger hands than mine. If I choke up on the grip, my middle finger and ring finger are competing for room in the top finger groove. Not comfortable. It's a shame because other than that, it's a great grip.

This is my second time getting one of these because I like them. It fits my hand well, has a good tactile feel, slightly like a hogue grip. The original model had space to put stuff in the handle, but it did not work. The plug would come out under recoil and dump whatever was in it. With this new one, they still have the plug but tell you not to store anything in the handle. Have not gotten the new plug to fall out under recoil, so maybe they fixed that? Perhaps I have not shot it enough? Either way, the plug is only cosmetic. I would recommend this grip.

Some of the reviews reference that this grip is on the narrower side, which I agree. Originally I purchased the ERGO Tactical Deluxe with Palm Shelf, but it was just too wide for my tiny little hands. The ERGO Sure Grip was perfect, comfortable, and a 100% upgrade from a stock A2 grip. One complaint I read in the reviews states: "There is also a small gap between the rubber grip and the receiver where the web of your hand goes." THAT HAS BEEN FIXED!!! The one for sale today is a newer design, and it can be seen in the product image.

The Ergo Grip Well made, easily installed, and feels sensational. Honestly couldn't be happier. I will use these for future projects.

I have gone through many AR grips with my medium to large grip hand, and this is one grip you will love. Very nice feel, no-slip, long enough to fill the hand. Instead of being big and fat, it is deep and moderately wide. Very good grip angle for rifles and works well on carbines also. I am not interested in storing items in my grip, so the plug has been removed. I have 4 ar's with this ergo grip and would definitely buy another. It also comes with no.3 Phillips bit size, so makes holding screw easier when installing then a slotted head screw. It is one item that is a game-changer in the way your gun feels and how you control it. The Ambi model is the same except for no thumb shelf on the left side for right-hand shooters.

So far, I have purchased 5 Ergo grips. I get one for every rifle I own. I've used them for AR pistols and rifles for my AK, etc. You can't beat the comfort or the price! They also make larger grips if you have big hands, I don't see myself ever using any other company for my grips.

Very nice AR grip. Soft rubber covering a sturdy inner frame. If you get this, you will not be disappointed. Although I have large hands, this still fits very well. The picture does not show the bottom plug, but it fits snuggly in the bottom of the grip.

Easy installation, quite comfortable. I have big hands, with the rear of it had another 1/4 inch on it. Far better than stock, though.

For a few years now, I have been building AR's both privately and professionally. I have seen and used everything on the market, and I keep coming back to these AR grips. Ergo Grips are basic and impressive. Having been in law enforcement, I need my rifle in an all-weather situation known and having built rifles for contractors going abroad, all of them wear this Ergo grip with no complaints. Simplicity and reliability can’t be beaten.
