This is a nice looking aftermarket stock--except it is worthless. In fact, it is an expensive worthless and a rip off. The SKS will NOT fit into the stock--the trigger group will not go into the slot in the stock, there simply is no room for the safety. No instructions included. Without cutting and enlarging the slot int he stock, there is no way to mount the SKS into the stock. I will contact customer service, but I'm not holding my breath. BEWARE!

I was excited to receive this chassis system with UAS stock, and overall, I'm happy with it. The only issue I have is that the UAS stock is longer than I anticipated, so it's hard to reach when I try to mount a foregrip on the tac rails. I've seen other reviews where the M4 stock gets in the way of the slide, making it difficult to fold the stock and hip fire. Despite these issues with the stock, I really like the way this chassis system modernizes the SKS. This product would be perfect if the UAS and M4 stocks were designed with more thought. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

I'm very happy with the folding stock UAS, and the bonus bucks on the FDE version were an added bonus. The only issue I had was that the wooden handguard ferrule had a small pit of rust and was scarred, making it difficult to remove. As a result, I couldn't use the poly handguard yet, but the wooden handguard is still functional. It works well with 30 and 40-round duck bill magazines, but it's important to remember to have the bolt back in order to lock the magazine or you risk breaking the tab. Overall, I'm very pleased with the fab defense sks stock.

Despite having no instructions, the installation process was straightforward. The wooden rifle I've had for years has been completely transformed and now has a new, modern look and feel that has significantly enhanced my experience at the range. Even others are amazed at the transformation and can't believe it's the same rifle.

I was hoping this stock would fit and look good on my rifle, and I'm happy to say it did! It's a great quality product with all the necessary hardware for installation. I installed it in about 10 minutes, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. It looks great, and I would recommend it to anyone considering it but may be hesitant. the fab defense sks stock is definitely worth it!
