It may not be the best tool for the AR platform, but it has what is needed to do most of the AR setup work. tool fit nicely and worked great.

Good quality Armorers Wrench, strong enough to handle pretty much all common repairs on your AR. Measure your flash hider nut before you buy. If yours is larger size (7/8") than this wrench supplies (3/4"), just use an open end wrench out of your toolbox instead, rather than modify the wrench.

This wrench worked well, but it is not exactly designed for comfort. The sharp edges made loosening a stuck castle nut painful.

Solid, heavy steel tool. I had to use a barrel nut on my new AR, and the Wheeler multi-tool was perfect for the job! It worked like a charm on my Aero Precision AR15 build!

used this product on two separate uppers, one in .223, the other in .300 blackout. performed well and doesn't flex like some of the cheaper offerings. It makes me want to check out some other products from wheeler engineering

I have used this Armorer's tool on several builds. It works fine on barrel nuts that it is designed for. Delta nuts ect... The two pin wrench is sufficient when used properly. Meaning the wrench is square on the nut verses not square/perpendicular. If it becomes cantered it may damage the nut especially if the nut is aluminum. Just watch what you're doing and be careful as always when gunsmithing. The castle nut wrench works fine also. Muzzle device wrench can dimple the flats on your muzzle device if cranked on excessively which may occur when using a crush washer to time your device correctly. Sometimes to get that last 1/8th turn, you may have to really crank on it. Best to use a regular open end wrench to get that last bit to time your device rather then damaging the flats on your device. A handy tool to have for builds and modifications. I use many wheeler products which do the job.
