Customer Ratings & Reviews
Nightforce ultralite unimount is Very light
Very light and very strong! Well made. Hint: I made the embarrassing mistake of mounting the scope on backward, but found out very quickly when going to sight in and I found that my Bushnell Elite 4200 did not have enough elevation. It had me scratching my head for about 30 mins. Until I decided to flip it around. The extended ring goes towards the EYEPIECE. I didn't know. There were no installation instructions included, and this is my first scoped rifle. But the description didn't say anything about any elevation built into the mount either. No harm is done. Just to my ego! Beautifully manufactured.
Nightforce 20 moa unimount is Awesome!
Nightforce 20 moa unimount is Awesome!! Highest quality. They are designed to be able to use one scope on more than one rifle. Use the Nightforce rails, and then this base bolts and unbolts with ease and precision. Record where the tactical knobs are sighted in on each rifle, and you can switch back and forth with just two nuts. Of course, a couple rounds to make sure the zero is perfect, but that's a small price to pay to not have to purchase multiple tactical scopes at $1300 + each!!
Nightforce 30mm scope rings
My purpose for buying this nightforce scope mount was to be able to use a Nightforce scope on multiple guns while working up loads to eliminate concerns about the range as a variable. I am convinced that once the scope is squared to the mount with feeler gauges(so that the crosshairs are vertical to the gun), and mounted to the gun with an accurate rail such as that which Nightforce makes, on guns of similar make and length(due to eye relief); you could literally make notes on scope settings, and then use the same scope on multiple guns with little worry about sighting the gun in when the scope is remounted in the same slots, and dialed back to the same elevation and windage (assuming the same load). Such is the accuracy of the mounts and reliability of Nightforce scope adjustment.
