Great option for optics on Ruger MKII
The mount works perfectly, and was the perfect solution to my aging eyes - I can see the red dot much better than the iron sights! The fit was very tight - I used a sight tool and a lot of patience to get it installed without damage to the plate or my gun. I highly recommend letting a gunsmith perform the install or using a purpose built tool to aid with the install.
