Product was NEVER SHIPPED despite responding on 12-20-2021 to a text received from your company on 12-20-2021 asking did I want the order shipped. I responded "yes", you responded, "will do". On 1-5-2022, I reached out for an update, including tracking information, and have yet to receive a response. Not a good way to do business.

Complete boondoggle from initial order to second order to my cancelation. Never received an initial confirmation that the order went through. Had to chase down staff to find what was listed on hand was actually out of stock. Staff does not answer the phone or respond to email. This outfit is a small time operator. Give them a miss.

Checkering is precise and well defined. Does not have a high gloss finish, more of a subdued matte. Needed a little bit of hand fitting on the forend, but no big issue at all. Makes my shockwave look Awesome!!!
