This Sling Adaptor works as advertised. It will hold a sling if your rifle is equipped to accept a push button swivel.

Five stars, nothing wrong with this heavy duty mount. I especially like the steel insert for the mounting screw. However, if you intend to mainly use this without a swivel or QD adapter, be warned that threading the sling directly through the loop is a little awkward because of the flat orientation of the mount against the rail.
