Rifle Basix LV-1 - Remington 700 Trigger
Live varmint hunting. 8 oz. to 1.5 lbs. Factory adjusted to break at 10 to 12 oz.
Will service Remington models 700, 40X, Model 7, XR-100 and the rear grip XP-100 pistol.
Rifle Basix Remington after-market triggers feature state of the art CNC machined housings made from T6 6061 billet aluminum and are black anodized for a factory appearance. All internal levers are investment cast from A-2 tool steel, CNC machined and heat-treated for excellent wear characteristics. The levers are now electro nickel plated for extra protection and bright appearance.
Each Rifle, Basix Remington trigger, is hand-assembled, mounted on a test action, adjusted within advertised specifications, tested for proper operation and safety function before packaging. These triggers are guaranteed as long as they are in service, and maybe repaired or replaced at no charge at any time (providing they have not been modified).
Rifle Basix Remington triggers are designed for USER installation. No cutting, grinding, fitting or stock modification for adjustment screw clearance. These triggers feature wide (factory width) finger levers. Rifle Basix triggers are designed to utilize Remington's original safety levers both right and left hand. New mounting pins are shipped with each trigger.
Our new "K" kits are packaged with safety levers and bolt stop release to service the 2006 and later Remington rifles with their new trigger design. Right hand only. I love my new Rifle Basix trigger. I install it my army savage axis .223 land it fit well. I wish the instruction were a little clearer. I had to get friends to help because this was my first time install and working on a trigger and wasn't familiar with some of the terminology. Nevertheless, once we got everything to fit, it went well. I would recommend Rifle Basix SAV-1 to anyone with a savage rifle.

I found this trigger to be of the highest quality. Exceptionally crisp and easy to adjust, a drastic improvement over the stock "adjustable" trigger assy. Installation was enjoyable."TIP"...keep your finger on the "Bolt Release Spring" when removing the rear pin from the original trigger assy; this spring will fly out into the great unknown "BOING." You won't regret buying this trigger. You'll only regret not buying it!

Great trigger for Remington 700 . Drop-in with no modification or problem. Very crisp, and safety worked with no problem. Improvement over factory or gunsmith modified trigger. Crisp 8oz. Pull from box.

I've had Timney triggers on some guns, but this trigger is by far the best trigger I have ever shot with. My freinds who have shot this rifle also feel it's great.

The Rifle Basix is an excellent Trigger. It was easy to install and adjust. It is a "Drop-In," and all parts fit without any Gunsmithing. The pull is exceptionally crisp with no creep. The workmanship and quality of the Rifle Basix Trigger is outstanding and I am delighted with it and would recommend one to anyone who wants an extremely smooth Trigger for a Remington Model 700 Varmint rifle.

while looking for a good replacement trigger for my custom remington 700 sniper rifle, i decided on the rifle basix lv-1 in the past i have used SHILEN triggers and really like those but in the pursuit of trying something new and it being available, i tried the LV-1 install went well, no issues, but the new trigger pins that RIFLE BASIX provided are MIM (metal injection molded) pins, and the rear bolt stop pin broke during a sniper match; i had a malfunction in the gun, the while trying to clear the bolt from the weapon, the bolt stop pin snapped in two i advised RIFLE BASIX of this - and that Remington original equipment 40x match steel pins should be used instead of the MIM crappy parts they provide; they seemed responsive, but no offer was made to even replace the pin that broke; would i buy RIFLE BASIX again ? probably NOT for an economical trigger, that is lights out good to go , get a SHILEN
