Good looking, functional forend!

Initially, I was a bit disappointed with the appearance of the plastic and the small screw that secured the heat shield to the forend. However, after using it for a month and firing approximately 500 rounds, the forend has proven to be durable. The MLOK system holds my weaponlight securely and doesn't add much weight compared to the stock forend that came with my 590. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and may consider getting another in black for my 590 Shockwave.

Cheap plastic part. They expect it to hold together with two plastic tabs that break off when you try to install it. The sides don’t line up properly and no installation tool like advertised. This thing would break off a pellet gun let alone a 12g shotgun.

Looks good and feels good for the price. Couldn't use the heat shield due to the all purpose style barrel on my Mossberg 500.

Recently ordered the Raptor F1 forend + heatshield for my own Shockwave, and was elated to receive the package. What was not so great however, was the lack of installation tool that had been promised from the site. I managed to rig a coat hanger to help somewhat clumsily with removing the old forestock and installing the Raptor, but the whole process would have been MUCH better had the tool been properly provided. As it is, without the tool I'm not looking forward to removing the forestock to mount M-Lok accessories.
