PRI AR-15 Railed Gas Block - .750
This Barrel mounted gas block has a 2 1/2" top rail same plain as the reciever. The rail is constructed of light wait hard coat aluminum. This AR15 gas block weights 2.5oz. Gas block fits over a .750 diameter barrel. Block locks into place with 2 crossbolts the same as our original gas block front sight.

This gas block is excellent. It is very lightweight and the crossbolt clamp design makes it rock solid after you tighten it down. I used this with Magpul sl handguards. It required a bit of filing of the top half of the handguard but the end result was worth it. Everything works perfectly and it looks great. There was some difficulty with fitting the gas tube pin as it is much longer than a standard pin. I recommend using pliers to pinch the pin and push it in as much as you can, then finish with a hammer and punch.

PRI makes a good railed Gas block, very easy to install, looks great once installed. It covered up the original A2 Iron sight holes in my S&W M&P barrel well. The hardest part was installing gas tube bc I tried using included roll pin instead of a mil-spec roll pin. Do yourself a favor and use a mil-spec roll pin. Do not forget some blue lock tight, and a 3mm Allen wrench. Oh, and do yourself a favor and install the gas tube into the AR gas block first by using a pin punch to line up the holes. As I said, it was a super easy install.

Well machined piece of kit. Solid machining. Gas tube fits tight but easily worked in by hand. Gas pin is very tight but can be set in with hammer. Matched up perfect with receiver rail for using BUIS's

Looked great and functional in the package. Once the installation got started the problems became evident. Gas tube hole, and gas tube roll pin hole are not exactly the right diameter.

product fits securely to barrel, and matches up well with the hight us my flat top upper and railed handguard. With LMT fixed sights mounted, my sight radius is 17.5" with mid length gas system.
