PRI Gas Buster Charging Handle with Flat Latch for AR-15
The PRI Gas Buster® AR-15 charging handle with flat latch is a safety device with an ergonomic design that diverts harmful gases, oil and dirt particles away from the shooter. This is a PRi Patented product. Safety approved & used by the US Marine corps. This product doesn't work as well with left-hand shooters because of the gas porting properties.
The charging handle is constructed of T6 7075 hard coat black anodized aluminum with a steel latch.

If you're shooting suppressed, the PRI Gas Buster is a must-have. It cuts down on the obnoxious gas in your face. It does not keep all the gas from coming at you from the receiver, but it definitely makes it more enjoyable to shoot. FYI I prefer the badger latch, so I changed the latch out. This charging handle will accept any AR latch of your choosing.

Purchased this Charging Handle on my carbine length AR (a few months ago), but instead, put it on the service rifle I shoot NRA high power with. While in the rapid stages, I had issues with the gas making my eyes water, but having installed the PRI Gas Buster has helped reduce if not eliminate the problem.

I have installed a PRI Gas Buster in every AR I own. Nothing else comes close to the fit & finish of this AR Charging Handle. Well worth the additional cost, it will be the only Charging Handle you will ever need for that Rifle.
