Optimized for the thumb brake method.

If you are looking for a full-size vertical grip that you can manhandle like a caveman with a giant lollypop, this isn't it. It even says in the description it's optimized for the thumb-break method, i.e., using the vfg as a handstop. For any slotted handguards (my Magpul MVG is mounted to a VTAC Alpha rail), this is probably the best vfg you can get for a "thumb over bore" grip on the front end of the rifle.

The Magpul MVG does what it should!

The Magpul MVG mounts to the Magpul 870 forend nicely! Looks great, fits great, and has a good grip texture. The only thing is that it's a little short, but it's not bad when you get used to it! Lightweight as well! Another great product from Magpul!

MOE Vertical Foregrip

Fantastic product; it's Magpul, what else would you expect? Lightweight, perfect size (I have larger hands, and it still works well, but it's also compact enough that someone with smaller hands could use it and it doesn't get in the way). It helps quite a bit with rapid target acquisition and muzzle control under high rates of fire. Highly recommended!

Perfect Enhancement

This is my first forend grip for my Rock River AR-15. I always felt that there should be a better place for my left hand. This product did the job and was very easy to install.

More Bang for the buck

I have been using these on many uppers. It can be easily modified and fitted to the glacier handguards with no extra parts needed. Gives a satisfactory stable fit in any location on the handguard. My total investment in my front grip is under 20 dollars. I appreciate that Magpul makes such a right product for a reasonable price.

Once again, another outstanding product from Magpul. If you're looking for a functional, well made, and reliable AR grip that will not break the bank and hold up to the use. Well, you found it. When used with the Magpul MOE front grip, it's an excellent fit with a unique feel. It's more than worth the money!!!!
