This fits great and allows you to (just barely if sighted in at 25 yards) see the factory iron sights through the channel in the middle. You couldn't see them with a scope on due to the crossbars, of course, but it allows you to quickly use the iron sights if you have a problem with your scope or have it removed for some other reason.

Works great! It holds My holographic sight that is for a picatinny rail ideally. Now seeing the iron sights down the valley of this mount may be possible but difficult. Of all of the see through mounts for the 10/22, they all have the same problem. It's just not possible the make the base thin enough to see the rear sight clearly on the stock sight. I think this is the highest quality you are going to find. The fitment is perfect. Just the problem of only having only three cross slots for the optical sight mounting screw to sit in. Some scope rings don't have a mounting screw so low that it has to fit in the cross slot. I would look for these types of rings for this mount, so you don't have a fitment issue. You could file your cross slot in it. But take my word for it. You don't want to muck up the nice finish.

Good looking solid scope mount, much better than the one supplied with the Ruger 10/22.

Excellent fit and hole location match up to the 10-22 I mounted it on. The Torx head mounting screws are clean looking and work great. They even supplied a Torx wrench. There are only two cross slots in the base I received. On longer eye relief scopes (3.5" plus like the Leopold Rifleman series), this may cause a problem getting the scope far enough forward to be comfortable. I have needed to add another slot in front of the rear slot on occasion to allow the proper rear ring position. The finish and quality are much better than other extruded bases of this style. I would call the finish satin instead of matte as it has a little gloss to it. The finish matches the 10-22 receiver finish perfectly.

This 10/22 scope mount Easy to install. You have lined up the perfect, nice option of extra mounting position so YOU can choose where to put your scope. Mine has worked without fail for over a 100 rnds of heavy handloads.

This Ruger 10/22 scope mount is durable and easy to install, and a money saver too if you have trouble lining scopes up a level. No problem getting the scope on the square and lockdown is a cinch with two screws compared to the standard 3-5 screws of older weaver style rings. Vertical splits are the way to go.

I was very impressed! I installed a pair of these rings along with the Rifleman bases on a Weatherby MK V .378 Wby Mag just to get to shoot the rifle. I didn't expect much as far as durability goes because of the heavy recoil of the rifle. But the rifle sighted in as easy as with Double Dovetail, or any other bases and rings.....And HELD ZERO perfectly!!! Only about 60 rounds were fired so far, but no problems at all. I will, without question, use this product again. And yes, I left them on my 378! Hope this helps.
