Great AKM grip

"I was immediately impressed with the feel of this AKM grip when I took it out of the package. It's significantly better than the stock one. I don't want to let go, I could hold my Draco for days. It's exactly what I was looking for after adding the weight of a fully loaded quad stack mag. Now it's ready to rip! If you haven't upgraded your stock grip, it's a must-do. Get this item and feel the difference!"

This fab defense ak grip is the same as the one that came with my Tikka T3X Tac A1, minus the Fab Defense branding. I previously used the Magpul K2 Plus on all my firearms but switched to this grip because it feels great and allows easy manipulation of AR15 safeties. I've built multiple ARs, shoot precision rifles, and also enjoy shooting AKMs. I now use this grip on all my firearms.

Visited the shooting range with my new grip. Women were drawn to it and I ended up getting invited to the Bahamas by a stunning woman who turned out to be an heiress. We got married and now I am financially secure for life, all thanks to this grip. Highly recommend.

Seems well made but not very comfortable on the back strap

It was easy to install, looks good, and offers a much better grip than the plastic grip that comes on the AK, but the stippling on the back strap consists of little hard bumps that press into your hand. I would have preferred they texture is like the front of the grip with a broken line configuration as a hundred little pins poking into the palm of your hand isn't very comfortable.

Easy install. The grip itself has a nice feel to it. High quality for a good price. Well placed single finger groove. Very comfortable in my hand. I will look for one in the AR platform. Wait, I got one on my AR. Lol. Great buy

It is solid, not squishy. So the ergonomic shape is as you see it. The rear strap bump texture seems a little aggressive yet sparse. I would rather it was the same as the front, but it works. And I like the looks with a choice of color, the best I could find. When installing it, I thought something was wrong. The washer that came with it was too big to flatten into the bottom of the grip well as I pushed the screw through. The screw protruded at an angle, but I could thread it, and it all tightened down just fine. Being solid, the storage space is well protected, a nice bonus.

The grip is amazing and fits large hands perfectly. The rubberized grip makes the weapon feel highly secure. Best AK grip I have used, and I own 5 AK's. I'm going to get one of these for each of my shooters.

I just put this grip on today, so I will only talk about the installation and initial feel of the grip. This thing is AWESOME!!! I put this on my SAM7SF, and it fit perfectly! The SAM7 has the thumb safety on the left side, so it is unconventional. I did not know if this grip would need modification or not, but I took a chance on it. So glad I tried it because it fits like a glove. It feels so good in the hand, and the palm swell helps balance the rifle well. Plus, the trap door is a must-have. Great product so far! No mods needed!

This AK grip is perfect, especially the ergonomics. It allows for a firm grip and a steady shot. I usually go with Magpul. However FAB Defense has impressed me. Doesn’t have that “greasy” feel either. Highly recommend to those interested in a quality grip for your AK.
