TopSmart, beautifully engineered, quality piece of equipment. The only downside was the customs payment. My scope can be fitted very quickly now and no creep like you can get with a dovetail.

It’s nice to be able to get a quality-made American product, not a cheap Chinese copy. The hex screw will not stirp out like a regular screw head can—a more stable base than a two piece.

I have bought several of these EGW Mount over the years for different firearms, never a problem and excellent quality, you won't be disappointed in this base, this mount fits the Ruger American rimfire perfect and gives you more scope options compared to the factory scope base if you need more or less eye relief.
