I've found this Blackhawk vertical grip to be a good product and easy to use. Pretty adaptive and functional. I've looked and looked, and it's getting harder to find these days. It's worth it to get one or two to hold on to if you're considering any tactical conversion.

The Blackhawk vertical grip is very well made. The adjustable length makes it versatile to many applications and hand sizes. The internal storage can be used to keep a shortened hex key for easy removal when needed.

This AR Vertical Grip was fairly priced, appears to be well made and robust, and even has two bottom caps for adjusting the length to fit your hand. My one criticism was the finish. The seam where the polymer was molded as not smoothed out enough, such that it caused discomfort when you put your palm around the grip. I dealt with this by turning the item around, which seems to deal with the issue. Still, this is a grip after all, so a bit of softening to the molding seam would have gone a long way.

its not anything overly awesome but i was happily surprised that it does fit 2 cr123 batteries inside the handle
