Springfield xdm night sights

I installed these in an XDM 40. The factory front sight was a Bear to get out. The Ameriglo front sight had to be sanded down on the bottom quite a bit to make it fit. The Ameriglow rear had to be sanded down almost as much. The sights look great, and the white ring shows up GREAT in daylight! The gun shot perfectly in elevation. My only complaint is that my groups have opened up a bit. I think this is due to the WIDE rear sight notch. You can see quite a bit of daylight on both sides of the front sight while it is in the notch. ( factory rear sight notch was narrower) These sights were never meant to be target sights, and the wide rear sight allows for quick front sight acquisition.

Bright and same as Trijicon. Quick and courteous service. Not too hard to put in even on an Xds mod. 2. 45. No filing necessary. Tight fit, but that's a Springfield.

The AmeriGlo springfield xd night sights work fantastically. I've put it on my XD45. But to get them on, I had to send them back to Springfield Armory. But I'd say it was worth it, because it was worth it with Made in the U.S.A. They were built on factory specs no guesswork to put them on. In total darkness, they glow brightly and that could be a difference-maker.
