CDM Gear BT Wave Mossberg 500/590A1 Safety
Fits Mossberg top mount safety 500, 590, 835, 930 12ga, 20ga. and .410ga. shotguns.
The CDM Gear patent pending BT (boat tail) Wave safety was created to give you a little more reach and control when activating the safety on your Mossberg 500, 590A1, 930SPX and others. By creating a second contact and control point closer to the operator, the safety can be rocked on and off more easily without excessive reach or even taking your thumb off the safety. An aggressive,wide and deep serration assures grip and control while the tapered, curved rear deck increases contact awareness in questionable situations. This gives hunters, 3 gunners, security professionals and everyone else increased control in cold/wet conditions or when wearing gloves. Works with 12 ga. and 20ga. Mossberg shotguns with a top mounted safety.
Each CDM Gear BT Wave Safety comes with a wrench and a screw with included thread locker. These are all machined from 6061 Aluminum billet right here in the USA. Installation is simple but taking the factory screw out might be a problem. We have a video in our video section that shows how we removed the factory "one way" screw and installed a Delta Wave Safety in just a few minutes.

Best safety switch for a Mossberg

This is hands down the best Mossberg 500 safety switch I have ever used. My grip does not shift at all when I disengage the safety and only moves a tiny amount to put it back in on. These will go on all of my Mossbergs.

If you have a Mossberg 930 SPX for the safety is on the top the original is relatively narrow and hard to manipulate, the Delta wave safety is a must-have very easy install wet hands or gloves effortless operation and worth the price.
