CDM Gear ROC-12S Light Mount & Barrel Clamp with Limited Rotation QD Cup (sling swivel not included)
The ROC-12S is made from new aluminum 1 piece clamp halves that have the rail formed into the clamp. The whole unit weighs 2.4oz. It is super low profile at about a 1/2" away from the barrel with a curved, 3 slot rail that reduces hang ups and snags. It only uses 2 bolts that correlate the 2 halves to reduce incorrect mounting. The fingers at the top of the clamp make it easy to ascertain top from bottom and allow mounting to ribbed and ported barrels. It fits within a 1.25" space on your magazine tube and includes our no slip grip pads and a wrench. Includes a limited rotation docking point for a PBQD sling swivel. (sling swivel not included)
12 GA. Fits shotguns with 1" of space on a 1" magazine tube.

The ROC-12S shotgun mount for the Rem 870 as a strong well built mount. It so far has held up to several 3 inch buckshot rounds and the mount has stayed out with a light mounted. If I ever need another mount like this, the ROC-12S will be the one I purchase.

Love how much closer this mounts the laser on my Maverick 88. Quality craftsmanship throughout. Mounting instructions are foolproof. Definitely a major improvement over the previous mount I was using.

Works great on my 870 has QD point on another side. It will not work with O-light mounts though; the rail is just a tad too thick for some rail-mounted lights. Price was excellent, easy to mount & works well with UTZ light & S&W lights.

This is probably one of the finest, most affordable products I’ve ever purchased. It’s simple. It’s incredibly strong, and it’s cheap. The unit is mounted on a 2004 Mossberg 500 Persuader and fits perfectly. I cut the original plastic stop that extended from the heat shield to the block (prevents heat shield from sliding as a result of recoil), so the end of the stop could rest against the Picatinny rail’s rear screw. The Picatinny model I chose presents Picatinny rails on both sides, yet one side has a Flush Cup QD Mount for my sling. The other side will soon get a flashlight.

It fits very nicely and looks pretty secure. Laser and tactical light hold well onto it. Only two very minor quibbles: Please make the 'pads' for the magazine tube just a tiny bit thicker. They don't feel like they're accomplishing much. (I would also include similar for the barrel portion to prevent marring the finish.) Also, please offer this with a QD sling attachment. I knew what I was getting when I ordered it, but if I had had the option to purchase it with or without, I would have chosen with.

I put this on my older Mossberg 500. I had added an OEM heat shield years ago, so the plastic stopper for that was in the way. I could have cut it down but instead just removed it and bought some spring pins at the hardware store to use as spacers for the heat shield to clamp down. This opened the rest of the area forward for this light mount. I ordered a Streamlight TLR-1 and yet to have it in hand/mounted, but I will put it on the right side, I believe. The only downer was this product doesn't come w/ the sling swivel, which for the price, I was just expecting (I later read the rest of the description and saw it was noted to NOT come with the swivel). Surprised me, though. Anyway, I'm thrilled with this product and glad there are USA-made quality products still available.
