The XR1's recoil-proof LEDs pump out 800 lumens of light downrange, while SureFire's parabolic reflector technology ensures a smooth, rounded beam that is for ideal situational awareness. The XR1's quick-detach lithium polymer battery provides easy recharging without removing the light from the weapon. Simply remove the B13 battery and charge it via the included CH22 battery charging cradle.
Weighing just 2.2 ounces, the XR1's Mil-Spec hard-anodized aerospace aluminum body is small yet durable enough for everyday carry. Its new rail mount features four points of contact for an added measure of redundancy and security when mounted to a weapon.
The XR1's ambidextrous switching provides quick and easy momentary- and constant-on activation options. Momentary-on activation is achieved by placing your support hand thumb on top of either of the XR1's rear downward-activated switches and pushing down. The XR1 will stay in momentary mode for as long as either toggle switch is depressed and held in the on position beyond a fraction of a second. Constant-on activation is achieved by quickly tapping either one of the momentary-on switches. To turn off the constant-on mode, quickly touch and release either toggle switch. It can also be achieved by using your support hand to push the center crossbar switch from left to right. Durable enough for everyday carry, the XR1 sets a new standard in ultra-compact WeaponLights.
