For instance, the Type 2 LED Adjustable model, our focus today, possesses both automatic and manual illumination modes. Moreover, there are models relying on fiber optics and tritium for illumination. Speaking of price, its robustness and feature-packed nature tag it at approximately 850 euros. It's crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring durability, and its design can withstand extreme weather and harsh conditions. The dot size varies for different purposes, catering to precise long-distance shots or swift target acquisition. A crucial aspect is its battery life. Trijicon claims an impressive four-year longevity at mid illumination settings, though extreme temperatures might reduce this.
