I've been waiting for this to complete my 2 AKs With TWS mounting systems.

Easiest install ever lol dramatic upgrade from stock rear sight. No bs, no wasted time.

The TWS AK 47 peep sightworks as advertised. They are well made with a close tolerance fit to the TWS rail, which also fits very nicely onto my C38V2. In my mind, this TWS setup is an enhancement over the conventional AK sights for 100 yds or less.

Really gives the rifle that Finnish RK look while also increasing its accuracy capabilities. Weather's been poor lately so I haven't gotten the chance to take it out to the range, but I'm quite excited to stretch its legs. I'd still recommend it though on principal seeing as the am rifle isn't known for its accuracy due to its pistol tier iron sights, so getting those two babies as far away from each other will absolutely tighten up those shot groups. Happy shooting ak brethren!

I highly recommend this product. Buy it. You will need it, if the red dot fails.

I am also shooting the service rifle with that Tantal. When shooting with the original leaf sight, the front sight was quite centered. Shooting with the TWS peep on the TWS cover is just impossible. Even with the front sight fully moved to the left, the rifle is still shooting 20 inches on the left @ 200m. That's quite sad for that so beautifully designed, machined and anodized part. In my case, the line of sight should be machined 1.5mm more to the right side to allow shooting with it and a quite centered front sight. As I was shooting with an almost centered front sight when using the rear leaf sight, I guess there is a design issue in between the dogleg cover and the peep sight. It might be considered as a CQB aiming help should the main optical sight get damaged on the field, but nothing more. I am considering a NECG windage adjustable peep.

Adding the Gen 3 peep sight was the next logical step after purchasing the Gen 3 Dog Leg Rail for my C39V2. The additional sight radius and ability to pick up front sight quicker is more than I had expected. I can not say enough great things about this product. BUY IT!
