Surefires are unbeatable. I have a couple of the older versions of this. The new 600 lumen G2X is all it's cracked up to be. Great purchase. The low is perfect for 99% of flashlight needs and the high is a big wide spot light.

This is one bright flashlight. I took it outside around midnight as I have a vast wood line about 500 yards away from my backyard/field. I could see the trees 500 yards away and could even tell if it was pine or oak or whatever. The craziest thing was all the spider eyes it lit up even from over 100 yards out. I couldn't believe there were hundreds of small animals on the tree line, so I walked around, and it was little tiny spider eyes glowing at me. This thing is no joke!

Great light! I enjoy taking this light with me when walking the dog. The low light is nice to have when picking up waste. When I'm looking for skunks, etc.; I like the 600 lumens beam to identity what's there. Easy to switch low to high beam. Well made, easy to grip.

The Surefire g2x pro is a great flashlight. Low beam is just enough to read by up close, hi-beam will blind anything within 30-50'. Appears well built. Uses the same batteries as EoTech holo-sight, another bonus.

I wouldn't purchase anything but Surefire when it comes to flashlights and lights for my guns. I have tried many lights from other companies and not yet has one matched or outshined the Surefire lights. When I add one to my collection or give a light to a friend as a present, I know that I'm giving one of the finest quality lights made. When it comes to flashlights and guns Surefire is the company that I trust my life with.

I use this the Surefire g2x pro in my every day carry. There's not a single place that I'll go that I'm not carrying one of my Surefire lights. They're built to last a lifetime and the warranty can not be beat! If you don't own a Surefire you should.

Excellent light. Very bright and not too bulky. I recommend this light. Good price also. I've taken the surefire g2x pro on several backpacking trips, and it is fantastic. The battery use is excellent. I have several surefire products, and I have never been disappointed.

I was looking to upgrade my old Surefire G2 with an LED lamp, but I purchased this flashlight on sale before the end of the year. The Surefire g2x pro flashlight cost $10 more than a replacement LED light. This flashlight is reliable and can be used for multiple purposes such as EDC, emergencies, prepper kits, and tactical use. The dual-mode is excellent if you want to conserve battery power depending on the situation or environment. I highly recommend this flashlight due to its weight, construction, and output. I currently have this flashlight in my EDC backpack.

I use flashlights a lot at work. I have many good ones. I normally carry two. Around 300 lumens is about what I need. I started with the 6P years ago, and it held up great. I have had a couple made in China lights that I bought after forgetting to bring mine a couple of times. They have lasted anywhere from one day to a couple of months before breaking. My second light needs to come on at a low output, which is why I bought the surefire g2x pro, but it also works in the distancing role on high output. I've been using it only a few weeks so far but seems rock-solid, especially for the price. The 15-lumen mode is perfect for my close-in tasks.

The surefire g2x pro is a Great flashlight. Tried lesser lights and found Surefire is worth every penny. Also, love the Surefire tail cap switch for this model. Turns the low beam on first, which is different from the same light LE model, which goes on a high beam first.
