Sadlak Industries M14 Tactical Magazine Release Latch Magazine - Model JB1
The Sadlak Industries Tactical Magazine Release Latch is manufactured to original USGI specification with the exception of the thumb pad which has been enlarged and serrated to provide a faster, smoother release, and a more positive grip.
The Case hardened steel has a hardness of 55 Rc and a Mil-Spec parkerized finish.
The vertical serrated grooves in the tab are machined in the direction the thumb travels allowing a firm grip that results in quick magazine changes what are helpful during the rapid portion of competition matches and other tactical operations.
The ergonomic design of the rounded edges assure comfortable use.

A must have!
The Sadlak m14 extended magm14 extended mag Makes tactical mag changes faster and easier! The perfect m14 accessory to any EBR style rifle (or any M14/M1A/Socom for that matter). Very high quality.
Best M1A extended mag release
A must-have for anyone with M1A/M14 rifle. Fairly easy to install (except for the heavy-duty spring) and makes mag change a snap. Cost is somewhat high for such a small metal piece but worth it.
m1a magazine release made easy
Easy to install, directions were crystal clear. Width of the plate is about a hair smaller than the actual magazine, so no catching on your clothing. The only downside is that more force is required to seat a magazine if it's loaded than the stock part, but practice will compensate for that.
bad to the bone
easy to install worked great glad i bought it
Integrates well with my M1A
As described, well made and a pleasant upgrade to my M1A. A little tricky to install on my own but that;s what gunsmith's are for.
Sadlak mag release
It's not the first product made by Sadlak that I own and that's because of the quality. Fit and finish where perfect.
I chose a M1A over the M4 based rifles. Some of the original erogonics left something to be desired. The stock magazine latch is one of those things in need of improvement. It took all of one minute to install. If you can field strip and clean your gun you can install this part.
