Extremely tight going together the first time, just as the instructions said it would. I almost decided to return it because I didn’t want to have to use a soft faced hammer to get it to set in place, finally went in using serious muscle. Also mounted a forward grip to the rail and went to the range. Very happy with this stock, I am 6’3” with long arms so the length of pull was adjusted all the way out, cheek riser all the way down. Maybe the Archangel Deluxe Target stock would have given me more length of pull adjustment but I like the look of the Precision better. After the first removal for cleaning, I added the supplied mag release extension and the rubber recoil pad because it went back together much easier. It’s a keeper for my Ruger 10/22. Side note: if you have a Alangator TriMag adapter that holds 3 10 round block magazines together, it won’t fit without serious trimming of the mag well area (for us states with 10 round mag capacity laws)

This 10/22 stock has the adjustability I required. The original wood stock just didn't have the length of pull I needed. The additional features, including adjustable cheek weld and included optional items, made this a good choice.

This stock is well thought-out and well-made. It fits like a glove both the action and my body. The fit and finish is excellent without any extraneous leftover plastic from the molding process. It actually improved the accuracy of my 10/22 a lot with upward pressure which my factory barrel really appreciates. It is very easy to use with various accessories on a bench rest. I appreciate its light weight and easy handling which would not be out of line in a hunting situation. Best of all it's cheap, so if I scratch it I don't care.

Very lovely solid stock. The drop-in design eliminates spending time taking a complicated stock system apart to get to the rifle for proper cleaning. The action fits very tight with no movement. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I bought a 22lr so I could shoot hundreds of rounds at a time without breaking the bank. The problem is the OEM 10/22 stock put a strain on my wrist after a few hours. The NYS Safe Act compliant NON-protruding pistol grip feels great; the adjustable cheek rest and LOP and this gun is a perfect fit. My groupings decreased on the first trip to the range and I shot for hours in total comfort. I've been inspired by the Archangel stock to turn my Ruger Carbine into a target rifle.

I love the stock but the fit is insanely tight. I put this stock on a volquartsen 10/22 it took about 2hrs of shimming and shaving to get the stock to fit but I fiannly got it there. I had the Magpul stock on it before but could get the eye relief exactly where I wanted it and was a pain to shoot. Now with the adjustable stock, that has all been remedied.

I thought this might be cheesy, but it's tough and well built. The cheek riser is solid with more than ample height. The butt stock is thick rubber. The bottom rail is nylon like the stock, but clamping down on it with metal didn't seem to leave an impression. It's a tight fit, but you wouldn't want it otherwise. So far, I like it better than the AR-style competition that's twice the cost. They throw in extras like buffer, swivel studs, and extended mag release. It weighs 46 oz. It is highly recommended.
