What more can I say about it? It's a Harris! This is my second one and the 6th in the family. I have a "Versa-pod also and it's just OK.

I would agree with the others that say these are 'the best rifle bipod the market.' I recommend them to all of my customers. I used to have four or five of the solid base models (not buying the S series because of the higher price) but, I was always frustrated when shooting prairie dogs on the never-level Kansas prairie. Then, I used one of the swivel models, on a friend's rifle, while shooting prairie dogs. I knew then that I needed to pay the extra money. First chance I had, I put all of my solid base bipods on my gun show table, sold them, and used the money to buy two of the S series. There's no question. Buy only Harris bipods and, also, cough up the extra money for one of the swivel models. Like I was, you will be glad you did!

This product provides the best that money can buy. Easily fitted and made from sturdy, robust construction it looks as though it will last years of hard work in the hunting fields for which it was brilliantly designed. I think the swivel mechanism is excellently designed and its easy detachability and functionality make this a big winner in my view.

This bipod exceeded my expectations. I shot from a bench at 100 yds with no other support than the Harris bipod and my arms. Very stable & repeatable. I've not tried the other brands so I can't compare. But I can tell you I'm very happy with the Harris.
