Harris #4 Universal Barrel Clamp Bipod Adapter
The Harris 4 Universal Bipod Adapter allows you to customize your single-shot pistol or rifle with a bipod. This Harris bipod adapter mounts onto the barrel and not the stock, making it ideal for your single-shot pistols; although the barrel mount method for your rifle is less than ideal because it can skew accuracy. Fits well with barrel diameters that range from 0.550" to 0.812". Requires 2"- the length of uncluttered barrel space for mounting.

Bipod barrel mount Great Buy!

Great product! It allowed me to mount a Harris Bi-pod to my sporterized Mosin Nagant hog gun. Great fitting, tight mount. Use blue loc-tite on screws, clamp it down tight, and yer good to go. Sixty rounds 7.62x54, 150gr. WINCHESTER soft points, and it hasn't budged.

Great product. Well-engineered allows leveling my carbine even when resting on an uneven surface. I'm using it with a Harris 6"-12" telescoping bipod - a perfect match.

Works great and looks better than I thought it would on my 10/22. Combined with my Harris Engineering 1A2-LM Solid Base 9 - 13-Inch BiPod, I have a setup that I am very happy with. My 10/22 looks cool with a bi-pod on it. He holds the bi pod nice and tight.

Solid accessory - Built light & rugged - Great design - it will adapt all front swivel-mounted bi-pods to most rifle barrels - Also adjusts for forward & rear angles - I own two, and they both function quite well

Works on Savage 64 with bull barrel

I purchased this mount to go along with a Boyds' Barracuda stock that was added to my Savage 64 that came with a bull barrel. It has enough room to fit the diameter of the barrel. The mount had to be placed above the stock by about two inches for the Harris bipod not to make contact with the stock. This device will change the POI of your rifle, so after installation, the rifle will have to be re-zeroed. In my case, the POI went to the right and lowed about one inch from the original zero.

A very finely machined piece of equipment but could be better! At least, I did not trust tightening the clamp tightly around the barrel of my rifle, afraid of what might happen to the blueing. I crafted some insulation from a light rubber-type material, tightened the clamp, & hope the barrel is ok. It might be just fine w/o the insulation but it would be nice if Harris would consider adding some type of insulation.
