Five hundred plus rounds down, and I can say it's good to go. It's similar in size to the factory pinky extension mag, and it conceals excellent. The finger pulls on the sides make it easy to remove mags if needed, and the rounded base feels good in the palm while inserting the mags. It also came with a more powerful spring. I also have the plus two, and it will get a similar review. Both are great, and the prices are incredible. I switched from tti bases to these, and I'm not sorry. The best gear doesn't always cost a fortune...these do the same job at a fraction of the cost with more features. These bases are worth every penny

Works and fits great. About the same size as OEM with the pinky extension but adds additional round. Highly recommend for the 43.

I like the look and fit of this extension. It did require a little extra pressure to lock in place. May be my 43. Took it off and placed edges that contact grip flat on a piece of sandpaper. A few strokes and it clicks in place much better.

Bought the +2 and +1. I carry with the +1 and keep the +2 in my pocket. This allows me to have eight rounds in the gun and 8 in my pocket. It does not add much extra height very close to the stock pinky extension height. I also really like the fact they come with new springs.

Did not know Ghost inc made these mag extensions, tried a +1 and +2 for my new G43.....What a great product!! Fit great on the mags and in the gun and function flawlessly, adds extra length to the grip AND additional rounds in the gun, and they look good, what's not to like!
