Use of OEM base pad can ruin your day! It's undersized, has no gripping surfaces and is flat!
Extraction becomes difficult should your magazine fail to drop free.
The Ghost MOAB's are flared, with finger grooves providing non-slip scallops for positive finger purchase. Stubborn or stuck mags are easily extracted.
We also added two debris evacuation ports.
Fact: When you drop magazines, debris enters. We have designed the ports to evacuate debris, including water, dirt and other matter.
Additionally, one of the Debris Evacuation Ports can also serve as a through-point for a lanyard or pull tab.

I went to the range after installation on the magazines. They did as advertised. Outstanding and Highly recommend for a SIG P320.

The description states that these base/floor plates only work with the USA made magazines. The older Italian magazines that I have have a rectangle lock in the spring plate. Nonetheless, I have some more modern Italian magazines that have the round lock in the spring plate just like the Italian magazines. I don't know if Sig has transitioned to round holes or if they are still making an assortment. The Ghost floor plates work perfectly with the Italian magazines that have a round hole in the base plate. So if you are checking compatibility, don't go by if the magazines are stamped made in the USA or Italy, look at the shape of the hole in the floor plate. If it is round, these will work. If it is square/rectangular, these will NOT work.

Overall, a fantastic item. The description states that these base/floor plates only work with the United States made magazines. The Italian magazines that I've possess a rectangular latch in the spring plate. I have a few Italian magazines which have around lock in the spring plate exactly like the Italian magazines. I do not know if Sig has transitioned to round holes or if they're making an assortment. The Ghost floor plates work flawlessly with the Italian magazines which have a round hole in the base plate. So if you're assessing compatibility, do not go by if the publications are made in the United States or Italy, look at the form of the hole in the ground plate. If it's round, these can work. If it is square/rectangular, these will NOT work.

The pads seem to really be well made and something I’d like to use but unfortunately either Sig changed the design of the mag base locking plate on the P320 or someone didn’t do their homework. The factory mag locking plate has a rectangular lock pin while the Ghost MOAB pad has a round hole. The pad goes right on and sits in the correct position but it can’t lock in place, allowing it to be pushed off with with next to no effort, allowing the the mag spring and follower to drop out along wit all the ammo, not a good thing.
