Hi-Speed National Match Triggers
Geissele Automatics currently offers three large pin Hi-Speed trigger products. These adjustable triggers are specially designed for competition, hunting, tactical, and military use, where both accuracy and robustness are critical. As an adjustable trigger, the first and second stage weight distribution, as well as, total pull weight, over-travel, and sear engagement are all to be tuned to the shooter's preference.
The Geissele Service Spring Set
The Geissele Hi-Speed Service is designed for NRA High Power Service Rifle competition. It is an approved trigger for use in CMP sanctioned competitions such as National Trophy, NTIT and all Excellence In Competition matches. Service Rifle competitions require military-based weapons to meet specific criteria, one of which is a minimum trigger pull weight of 4.5 lbs. Our Service Rifle Trigger includes our exclusive 5-Coil trigger spring which will give a nominal 4 lbs. On the first stage. The Service trigger pulls weights are biased with most of the pull weight on the first stage. This will allow a light second stage with an icicle-sharp break, effectively giving your weapon a match-grade trigger let-off.
The Geissele DMR Spring Set
The Geissele Hi-Speed Designated Marksman Rifle is designed for tactical and military shooting where trigger pull weight is not regulated. Perfect for all precision tactical shooting and squad Designated Marksmen, the higher second stage weight helps in high-stress shooting situations.
The Geissele Match Spring Set
The Geissele Hi-Speed Match is designed for NRA High Power Rifle competition with highly modified AR-15 Space guns. AR-15 Space guns are the Formula 1 weapons of High Power Rifle competition. With very few restrictions, these highly customized semi-automatic weapons are intended to produce extreme accuracy at long range. The Geissele Match Trigger is a perfect Space gun add-on as the pull weight can be adjusted to low levels that enhance trigger control. The fast lock time assists the shooter in getting every ounce of accuracy out of his weapon. The Hi-Speed hammer uses a full-power hammer spring which imparts more kinetic energy into the firing pin, producing much more consistent primer ignition - especially with experimental cartridges or AR-10 based weapons.

Great AR trigger

I love this AR trigger. It's not a drop-in modular, but it is not difficult to install and adjust. Geissele provided detailed instructions and some handy tools with mine, and I suspect they still do. Shaft is installed in an ancient, Frankenstein, Olympic Arms lower and I use it for multi-gun competitions. Zero problems over the past eight or ten years.

At the advice of someone who owned almost all of Geissele’s triggers, he sold them all after using the hi-speed national match ar 15 trigger. And bought several national match triggers. On his advice, I bought one. It is so smooth, crisp and amazing. I have it on the lightest setting with match spring, and set it to no overtravel. I feel like I’m using a jewel on a bolt gun. Very adjustable. Very highly recommended.

I decided to buy this national match trigger because the B-GRF trigger is pretty great. I have a few of those and think they're the best for the price. However, I wanted to see what the high price model would offer. Obviously, I bought this on sale from here, and I knew I could send it back if it didn't provide much more than other lower-priced Geissele ar 15 trigger offerings. This trigger can be made to break very lightly. Possibly too lightly. I used a timney gauge to determine an average just under 2# pull when adjusted to the lightest setting with the lightest spring. I never thought I would think the trigger pull was too light, but this one got there. I adjusted it back to a little over 3#. Perfect for my taste. Breaks like a glass rod as they say, totally true. I use this for long-range work and love it. The most excellent trigger I've used. It definitely offers a lighter pull than the 2 stages enhanced and the B-GRF. I like this better than the single-stage trigger that Patriot Ordnance puts on their rifles too. POF triggers are about 4.5# on the ones I own. The bottom line is this is an excellent trigger that, when on sale, is worth every penny. If you are looking for the ultimate light breaking 2-stage trigger, I will look into this one. Give it a try, and if you aren't happy, you can send it back. MSP return policy and sale price is the reason I gave this trigger a try, and because of that, I have the most exceptional AR-15 trigger I've ever used. I understand Geissele also has an excellent warranty policy. I know this is a long review, but there is a lot of good things to say about this product. Forgot to mention, the installation was pretty easy. This is an adjustable trigger so you can spend a little time messing with things to get them right where you want them if you feel the need. Out of the box, adjustments are fine where they are, but you can get it a little better if you spend the time. Happy shooting!!!

I have been a fan of Geissele's Triggers and many other products for several years. I have 3 of the "lower end" G2S 2 stage triggers for my better AR target rifles. And I have been using a Geissele SSA 2 stage for my CMP Svc Rifle because it met the 4.5lbs weight requirement. For the longest time, I thought that it was an excellent trigger and that there couldn't be that much difference between the SSA and the Hi-Speed National Match. I was dead wrong and only fooling myself. I could not/would not believe that this trigger could be better than my already favorite Geissele SSA! After a friend showed me the difference, shaking my head in utter disbelief, I broke down and purchased one for my Svc Rifle. This BY FAR, is the best AR trigger made. Buy the best, and only cry once!
