The mount is nicely crafted and solid. Tight fit into the rear sight dovetail and there is no movement whatsoever. I enjoy the fact that I have a backup for my sights, but the real benefit is that the front sight helps to identify where the red dot is located making target acquisition very quick.

Bought this for my Glock 43. It looks great, and it has barely any hangover, so if someone says it’s not gonna work, they are just salty order the one for Glock if you have a Glock, and you won’t be dissatisfied!

This Dueck Defense Glock mounts for a Vortex Viper is rock hard and tougher than nails. After trying to use a cheaper adapter for my Vortex Viper on a Glock 19, and having my red dot sight slap me in the forehead, I decided maybe I wanted to rethink my adapter. So I Purchased this mount, which took some pushing to install on the Glock (it's a snug fit and the metal is hard - had to use a hammer and a vice). I am pretty confident this one is not coming off. What's even better it that is has a set of co-witnessing sights built right on it, painted with tritium dots, so I can swiftly aim the Glock in very low lighting, without having to be concerned that I haven't had time to turn on the red dot sight. I can see where I'm aiming. When I do have time to turn on the red dot sight, the adapter's sights allow me to quickly find the dot, whereas before, it was a bit of a treasure hunt; with the rear sight removed, the front sight is now rendered useless for aiming. This mount replaces those sights, and although the length of the physical sight no longer allows for accurate distance aiming, it is ideally suited for quick aiming at close range. Furthermore, the red dot provides for exact long-distance aiming, if you have time to place the red dot on your target.

I love the Dueck Defense RBU Glock Mount, it was easy to mount, and so far it has held zero after 2500+ rounds of .40 S&W and numbers of 10mm Auto rounds fired through my Glock 29!
