This best-selling 15 MOA Picatinny scope base allows short-range shooting but is also the perfect scope rail for long-range 10/22® shooting by allowing slight elevation of the objective-end of the scope as compared to standard rails. Our 15 MOA rail is manufactured from strong, durable, and light-weight aluminum. It is extremely easy to install and screws needed for installation are included.

Solved my problem with a drooping Ruger 10/22 bull barrel

The scope on my Ruger 10/22 with an after-market bull barrel was just a few clicks from the maximum elevation and performed erratically. The scope manufacturer suggested I check the barrel for droop. It had a droop. After installing the 15 MOA Tactical Solutions base the reticle is now very close to optically centered and the scope performs well.

Put this ruger 10/22 scope mount on a carbine, sporter contour barrel for a rifle that I am hoping to run in NRA Small Bore Light Rifle competition. The base fit perfectly with no slop in any direction. I mounted a Sightron Tactical AO scope that has 60 minutes of adjustment in low Weaver rings. I was able to get zeroes at 16, 17, 25, and 50 yards. At the 50 yard zero I have about 12 minutes of down left in the scope. The low Weaver rings are so low that I had scope interference on the windage turret with the rail (probably not an issue on scopes without target turrets). I just filed off the 3 lugs on the rail that were causing a problem and moved on. I could have remedied the situation by using a different maker's low rings, or moving to a medium ring, but since Ruger insists on 18 feet of drop at the comb in this scoped rifle era and I don't want to re-stock yet I just run low rings.

Tried this brand rail for Ruger 10/22. Found it fits well and allows use of picatinny style rings. The facotry Ruger base is okay if you put cheap rings a rim-fire scopes on you 10/22, but prefer to install decent scopes that require use of decent rings. I have extra sets of 1" Picatinny style rings, so this was cheaper than another set of rings. Works well, and allows use of Picatinny style rings that the factory base will not accomodate.
