I bought this base for my Daughters 10/22 takedown. Using QD scope mounts allows the scope to be removed for storage in the back pack. In a pinch or when the need/want arises she can slap the rifle together and use the open sights. This is a solid mount that exactly matches the shape of the Ruger's receiver. When remounted to the base the scope has returned to zero ~ 1". It is the last rail you will buy for a 10/22. I got 2 one for my Daughter and 1 for my Brother. I need one more.

Ordered this rail for a scope I was given and had decided to mount to my 10/22. Match factory rail mount holes perfectly and was well-made, no flash, burrs or milling defects. Nice matte finish. Installed in about a minute. Nice feature with the see-thru cut-out on the rail.
