Absolutely as described, gave me complete access to my rear sight. The one supplied with the gun obscured the rear sights. The channel is the perfect depth to get a full view of my Williams Fire Sight set that came factory installed on my 10/22 Takedown.

The rail included everything I needed to mount it except maybe for some Loctite. It fit perfectly and worked well with the optic mount. I would definitely buy another or recommend it to a friend. I have no complaints as it was perfect for my needs.

Excellent Picatinny rail for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown. My 10/22 TD has the Williams Firesights (fiber optic), and I wanted to be able to use them when a scope is not mounted (the Weaver rail that came with the rifle blocks the sight when mounted). This rail does that. Very nice finish, precisely machined. The center slot allows a perfect view of sights.

Was nice looking butting didn't fit my Ruger 10/22 stainless steel rifle. I was too lazy to send it back so going to keep it if I ever buy another Ruger rifle this mount fits. I think the mount is for the Ruger Ranch rifle not the Ruger 10/22 stainless rifle I own.

So let's see, I bought a new sight rail for my Ruger 10/22 Takedown. Now this is my son's 22 he's too young to have in his name. So obviously were sharing this back and forth. Some of my friends made a good point. That I was scope babying my son and if I didn't change my ways he would not understand iron sights later. So now I have a setup where he can use his iron sights which he's happy about and so am I. Just needs the see-through rings that don't have the screw that's in the way of the slot milled out of the mouth. Otherwise that means I bought them out for nothing. I wanted my son to use as iron sights through a peephole and still have a scope available. At this point we are completely satisfied thank you for your business if I need more stuff I definitely know where to go
