Very good value for the money. I was looking for a good price as well as all screws had to be something other than Flat Head drive. I found that with these scope rings. I was very pleased with there fit and the price was very reasonable compared to any others I looked at. And I looked at nearly everything out there. I used these scope rings to mount my $1400.00 Nightforce scope. Very satisfied.

I put these on a bushmaster ar15. They fit perfectly . The six screw design is strong and applies even pressure. I torqued them to 20 lbs and 30 for the base clamps. I also like the way they look. However you need a riser even with the xx high version.

The 1" HIGH rings are supposed to fit up to a 44mm objective lens. This is not true for you typical flat top AR-15 (Rock River Arms Operator Series). I ordered the HIGH rings for mounting a 3-9x 40mm Nikon Prostaff Scope (very typical dimensions for a 40mm objective scope) and the rings are not high enough. The HIGH rings are supposed to allow for the mounting of UP TO 44mm objective scopes. You may end up having to bump up to the next higher rings for your application. You will positively need to bump up for a flat top picatinny rail application such as the RRA Operator Series of AR-15s. Mounting a 40mm Objective lens scope on a Flat Top AR requires the use of at least the XHIGH rings. Another issue is that the rings arrived less a critical part (The rail clamp bar). The packaging only had one bar. The part I'm referring to is the angle cut bar that the threaded pin and nut compress against the picatinny rail to secure the ring (shown in product picture under the hex nut). This missing part obviously made on of the rings unmountable and useless to me. The above said, Mounting Solutions Plus is a great company and they have provided excellent service and guidance in helping me to chose the right product for my tactical needs.
