Grip Pod -
Orginal LE Model
Versatile, Accurate and Ultra-Durable Vertical Grip Bipod
Any experienced operator knows that in any situation where they have to fall flat into a prone position to shoot, they don't have the luxury to fiddle around with their gun to get the accessories needed in place. The prone position is a highly defensive position, and the faster you get ready to aim and shoot the better.
This is precisely why the GRIP POD LE was invented. When in a CQB fighting position, it doubles as a vertical foregrip offering you stability. Then when you need to get into prone position, it instantly deploys a rifle bipod with the simple push of a button. This means your gun will be ready to use correctly before you even drop into prone position.
This revolutionary combination of vertical grip and bipod can be easily integrated into your weapon by clipping it onto a Piccatiny rail. It is crafted from durable aerospace materials, making sure it serves you well for a very long time. The Grip Pod is has passed all military drop tests and currently surpassing all military specifications concerning construction durability and material strength.
A significant portion of the US army already uses the Grip Pod, and they aren't the only ones. The FBI HRT and the US army seals use the grip pod extensively. Among them are plenty of other military establishments who prefer the Grip Pod over any other bipod or foregrip accessory to improve their combat abilities.
GRIP POD LE Advantages
The following benefits are just a few that the Grip Pod offers its users:
- Extraordinary stability.
- Speedy improvement of accuracy and aim.
- Faster change from CQB to full prone position.
- It is smaller than the typical non-integrated bipod, saving you space and encumbrance.
- As a vertical foregrip, the Grip Pod increases accuracy, aim, and stability even in the CQB position, being just as useful for the gunner when standing up as it is when he is lying down.
Being able to acquire your target faster helps you be more precise and avoid a lot of danger. Professionals know that for long distance shots they need bipods to improve stability and ultimately deliver clean shots to ranged targets. Vertical foregrips enhance medium distance and close distance shots and the overall versatility of having a foregrip with a bipod rolled in one can be invaluable for any professional operator. This is why the Grip Pod improves your marksmanship in any position making operators, faster, stronger and better in the field.

Go with the orginal
The US military adopted these, so I took a chance. I got the quick release model, which I recommend. The design simple, reliable, and offers a surprisingly effective subipod along with the forward handle. I have used this in the field and shot sub-MOA groups at close to 100yds. Plenty-good for any needs I'll have. Wonderful product. I have also had a Chinese "clone" that was $10. That one was fine really for light use, but inferior when compared side-by-side to the GPS unit. I recommend holding out for a real, USA Grip Pod.
It good enough for the US military

Grip Pod GPS .02-CL Review
Solid mount, well built, quick detach locks up tight and is adjustable. Deploys and snaps into place with the push of a button. Some say the legs are an inch too long. However, it depends on how low you want to be while laying prone. Excellent product.
Get a grip, soldier!
Had heard about these, but the one I saw had the typical screw in on the side. It worked just fine, but not easy on/off. Then I saw this one, and it is even better, can shift quickly between my two AR versions. The caution is correct: aim the bottom away from the body...the legs come out hard. But they are stable (very slight movement when out), the button is easy, and grabbing them together to push into the positive lock when done works great. Shooting, I found them as good as other brands that were larger and heavier. This doesn't unbalance the rifle, and on a rail, can move to any spot on it (even to the side similar to a Sten). My hand grips the pod with no problem for a stable standing or kneeling shot. Feels solid. I recommend this mil-style accessory.
Very nice quality product
Had to do a little research to make sure I found a non-counterfeit Grip Pod. Their website sent me here and I could not be happier. It has been such a great shopping experience with Mounts Plus. Also, they offer military discount. Absolutely would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something like this. I like it more than a stand alone bi-pod.
