Mounts tightly to Milspec rail. It seems to be quality by us. An almost exact copy of Midwest Industries low profile front flip buis.

I bought these for my AR as a cheaper alternative to the Troy HK style sights, and they work great. They lock up solid in the up position and fold back down quickly with a side-mounted button. They've held up for almost 1000 rounds so far. Very happy with these and the money I saved.
