VISM AR-15 Mid Length Triangle Handguard - M-LOK
The VISM Mid Length Triangle Handguard is a high-quality, drop-in style handguard that is compatible with AR15s. - Easy Drop-In install, no special gunsmithing involved, fit into Delta Ring and front Handguard Cap. Remove factory handguard, drop in the M-LOK® handguards and use supplied four screws to secure M-LOK® handguard in place.
- This model fits: Mid-Length Gas Systems. This replaces standard Mid-Length handguards.
- Solid fit, top rail is at receiver height and you have M-LOK® slots along each sides and the bottom of the handguard.
- Includes two Accessory M-LOK® to Picatinny Rail Sections. One Short (5 slot Picatinny) and one Medium (9 slot Picatinny) Length Picatinny Rail sections. They can be placed in any of the sides or bottom M-LOK® slots.
- Black Anodized Aluminum Construction
- Handguard surface overall Length is 10.6". The Handguard extends past the front handguard cap and front sight post, to give you more surface area to place your hand and accessories.

Best hand guard in the market

I had previously owned this model of handguard for other rifles, but made the mistake of selling it without replacing it with the old one. As a result, I am now purchasing another VISM handguard. In my experience, this is a high-quality and durable product. I have tested various options for my carbine and found that this one is one of the best. While everyone's needs may be different, I highly recommend the VISM handguard. Do not overlook this product, as it could be a great addition to your AR setup.

I recently purchased the VISM hand guard for my Smith And Wesson M&P 15 and it was my fourth attempt at finding the right one. It was a drop-in fit and took me just a minute to install without any modifications to my rifle. I really like the smooth feel and weight of the VISM, as compared to the Leaper UTG mid-length hand guard that was too rough and heavy for my taste. The VISM also comes with two short pieces of T rail, allowing me to add a light or other accessories. I appreciate the extra inches it gives me to grip the rifle or mount items, and overall I am very happy with my purchase.

If you're looking for a cosmetic upgrade from the standard MOE hand guard and want to avoid the cheese grater or quad rail design, this is a good choice. It has a triangular shape that gives it a unique, futuristic look, and it allows you to keep your front sight post. It's an affordable option that serves its basic purpose well.

While this hand guard serves its intended purpose, it has a few drawbacks. It tends to get hot quickly, especially during rapid fire or prolonged shooting sessions. Additionally, it is thin and may be prone to bending with heavy use. The finish is not particularly durable and may scratch easily. Overall, this hand guard is suitable for casual shooting at the range, but may not be reliable for more demanding situations. That being said, it is stable and provides a good platform for mounting additional accessories. It is not, however, suitable for use in situations where it might be relied upon for protection. At its price point, it should not be expected to be anything more than a basic shooting accessory.
